Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, I kindly request you do so online a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your appointment, so that I may have the opportunity to fill the vacancy. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be charged 50% of the total service. No Shows: All no shows will result in a full charge of the service booked. Late Arrivals: Should you arrive after the start of your scheduled start time, out of respect for other guests, your appointment will be modified and end at the original scheduled time. The original service amount will be charged.
